Anotech Energy is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft simple, intuitive experiences for our SaaS platform in the energy and sustainability domain. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex workflows into clear digital solutions.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, conducting user research, and delivering dashboards that present operational data clearly.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Digital Design or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow design, journey mapping, and B2B/enterprise software design.
• UX Research, Design Thinking, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or data‑intensive platforms.
• Experience designing workflows involving AI, automation, or ML-based solutions.
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.

• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or data-intensive platforms.
• Experience designing workflows involving AI, automation, or machine-learning-based solutions is preferred.
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience in energy, utilities, electrification, or sustainability is an advantage.
