Job summary

QatarEnergy in Doha seeks a Senior Construction Specialist to lead brownfield modifications and decommissioning activities across the Bul Hanine Redevelopment Project. You will provide offshore construction engineering support, supervise multi-national teams, review contractor deliverables, and ensure safe, compliant execution to project schedules.

Role requires extensive experience on live platforms, strong communication in English, and deep knowledge of industry standards, QA/QC, and HSE.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience supervising brownfield modifications and offshore projects.
• Strong ability to review contractor deliverables and ensure safe execution.
• Fluent English with clear communication in a multi-national environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction engineering support for the PS3 complex and wellhead platforms.
• Interface between Asst Manager Construction, Asset Holder, Contractor and Sr. Construction Supervisors.
• Ensure activities comply with Scope of Work, AFC drawings, engineering design requirements and QatarEnergy safety, environmental and technical standards.
