Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress in Doha to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate presentation and timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions as per company policy.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company and health regulations.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
