Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge in Qatar to oversee daily operations of a multi-brand automotive workshop. You will manage technicians, ensure workflow, maintain service quality, and handle customer interactions effectively.

The role requires leadership, multi-brand servicing knowledge, and GCC experience. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar and work in a supervisory capacity within a structured workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop operations.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle servicing.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Only Muslim candidates are eligible to apply.
