Job summary

Al Waha Cars in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Bodyshop Manager to lead the on-site bodyshop operations and ensure top-quality repairs and refinishing. You will oversee staff, workloads, and safety while coordinating with service advisors and aftersales teams to maintain efficient vehicle throughput.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer satisfaction, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines. A Diploma or degree in automotive repair or bodyshop management is preferred, with experience in GCC

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
• Proven experience in managing workshops and body shops, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Knowledge of aftersales operations, including service processes, parts coordination, and warranty procedures.
• Experience in automotive body repair, refinishing, and related technical processes.
• Leadership and team management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Ability to analyze operational performance, manage budgets, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop and ensure high-quality repair and refinishing services.
• Manage bodyshop staff, allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with service advisors, workshops, and aftersales teams to ensure efficient vehicle throughput and accurate repair timelines.
• Manage parts and materials, control costs, and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
