Job summary
Swan Global is seeking a BMS T&C Technician to support engineers during testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Siemens BMS systems at the Hamad International Airport site in Qatar.
This contract role spans 6 months (expandable) with 6 positions available, requiring 5–6 years of experience and a trade certification in Electrical, HVAC, or automation.
Qualifications
- Trade certification in Electrical, HVAC, Automation or similar.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Siemens Desigo systems experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BMS field devices and panels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in testing and commissioning of BMS panels and field devices.
- Support configuration and testing of Desigo CC / X-Works Plus.
- Perform point-to-point checks and functional testing.
- Assist in ABT / ABT-Pro related activities.
- Identify and report faults during testing.
- Follow safety procedures and site instructions.

Assist in testing & commissioning of BMS panels and field devices
Support configuration and testing of Desigo CC / X-Works Plus
Perform point-to-point checks and functional testing
Assist in ABT / ABT-Pro related activities

Follow safety procedures and site instructions
Education: Trade certification (Electrical / HVAC / Automation or similar)
Experience: Ideally 5–6 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills:
Siemens Desigo systems experience is an advantage
Knowledge of BMS field devices and panels

Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
