Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a skilled BMS Technician in Doha, Qatar to support operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Building Management Systems. The role focuses on HVAC controls, electrical systems, and resolving BMS-related issues to ensure smooth facility operations.

The candidate will monitor, operate, and troubleshoot BMS, perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and assist with configuring and testing BMS equipment. Strong independence and coordination with facility teams are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical/electronics/mechanical fields.
• 2–4 years of experience as a BMS Technician.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC controls.
• Familiarity with common BMS software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.
• Assist in configuring, calibrating, and testing BMS equipment and sensors.
• Respond to service requests and support daily facility operations.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of system performance and issues.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major issues to supervisors.
