Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a BMS Operator for a 2‑month temporary assignment at Mannai Corporation HQ in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on monitoring and operating the Building Management System to support facility operations.

You will ensure HVAC, electrical and other building systems function correctly, respond to alarms and perform initial troubleshooting, coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective actions, and keep daily logs and records to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for facility operations.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to system alarms and DDCP alerts, and perform initial troubleshooting and fault identification.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide immediate response to fire alarm systems, including FACP, CAMS, Fire Pump System, and FM200 monitoring and control systems.
• Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently according to facility standards.
