Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled Operator to monitor and control BMS, LMV and DCP systems in a demanding industrial environment in Qatar. You will oversee chilled water plants, HVAC equipment, and safety shutdown systems while maintaining compliance with procedures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in mechanical or instrumentation plant operations, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with PLC/SCADA and BMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Three-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Good knowledge of BMS/SCADA/PLC and HVAC control.
• Experience in oil & gas facilities or refineries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate BMS, LMV, and DCP systems daily.
• Supervise chilled water production plants and HVAC equipment.
• Analyze system data and alarms to optimize energy use and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams during shutdowns and routine maintenance.
