Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Qatar to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specs and standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX/VRF systems, and associated equipment, along with reading drawings and coordinating with engineers and trades. A Diploma/ITI in HVAC or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on HVAC experience in projects or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Ensure refrigerant handling, charging, testing, and leak detection are performed properly.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades; respond to emergencies when needed.
