Job summary

AECOM in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead the BIM function within the PMCM team for airport projects. You will ensure BEP compliance, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and monitor model quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive BIM leadership experience, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and a track record of delivering digital handover and FM integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of BIM experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager / BIM Lead on major multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, model coordination, clash detection and information management.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM function within the PMCM team for airport projects.
• Review, manage, and monitor the Contractor’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure BIM processes and deliverables comply with project requirements, standards and information management procedures.
• Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination and integration of architectural, structural, MEP, civil and airport systems.
• Review federated models and monitor clash detection, coordination and interface issues.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and timely resolution of clashes and interfaces.
• Monitor model development, LOD compliance, model quality and data integrity.
• Review BIM submissions and provide technical comments and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Contractor and stakeholders on BIM requirements.
• Verify as-built BIM models and asset information against project handover requirements.
• Support Client in digital asset management and FM integration.
• Monitor deliverables, submission schedules and milestones.
• Prepare BIM status reports, dashboards, and coordination reports.
• Support implementation of digital workflows and continuous improvement of BIM processes.

Job Summary

TheBIM Managerwill lead the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring that the Contractor’s BIM processes, models, and digital deliverables comply with theBIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, information standards, and coordination procedures. • Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and complex project interfaces.
• Experience inas-built BIM, asset information, digital handover, and FM integrationis preferred.
• Airport project experience, particularly involvingterminal buildings, aviation facilities, infrastructure, or specialist airport systems, is highly desirable.
