Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a training delivery and instructional design role across varied subjects.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience developing training materials from scratch for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with accreditation frameworks and standards for training.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with English and Arabic language capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across topics and learner groups.
• Design and develop engaging training materials aligned to delivery formats.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to ensure content relevance and objectives.
• Adapt materials for diverse learner profiles and language backgrounds.
• Maintain and improve course materials to reflect best practice.
• Manage session lifecycle from preparation to delivery, assessment and reviews.
• Support accreditation applications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage with clients and learners to ensure high delivery quality.
