Job summary

Minor Hotels’ Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli is seeking a hotel maintenance professional. You will carry out preventive maintenance tasks as per the hotel plans, keep work areas clean, and handle tools responsibly, depositing them after shifts.

You will also participate in the hotel's energy conservation programs and contribute cost-saving ideas where possible, supporting the Engineering Department's objectives and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
• One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
• Good civil or masonry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans.
• Clean all work areas after finishing tasks and look after tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner.
• Maintain and deposit tools after finishing the shift.
• Actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and suggest cost-saving ideas where possible.

You will responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans, to clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly and look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift. We also want you to actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.
