Job summary

Autograph Collection in Doha, Qatar, part of Marriott International, seeks a non-management banquet service professional for full-time hours. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report safety issues to management.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
