Fusion Outsourcing Services (Pty) Ltd. seeks an experienced Applications Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) to drive automation across banking operations. You will manage the full RPA lifecycle from development to production support and business analysis.

You will meet with business teams to identify automation opportunities, enhance existing RPA processes, and own the complete SDLC for new automation projects, delivering reliable, scalable solutions with production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in Chatbot development and Blue Prism is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking domain.

Responsabilités

• Meet with business teams to gather requirements for new use cases and assess automation feasibility.
• Enhance and optimize existing RPA processes.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle for new automation projects.
• Integrate new business requirements into processes already in production.
• Provide RPA production support and resolve bugs.
