Job summary

Fusion Outsourcing Services (Pty) Ltd. seeks an experienced Applications Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) to drive automation across banking operations. You will manage the full RPA lifecycle from development to production support and business analysis.

You will meet with business teams to identify automation opportunities, enhance existing RPA processes, and own the complete SDLC for new automation projects, delivering reliable, scalable solutions with production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in Chatbot development and Blue Prism is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking domain.
