Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Assistant to support Relationship Managers in handling day-to-day customer inquiries and servicing First account holders. The role focuses on delivering excellent banking services, cross-selling products, and maintaining confidentiality while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in banking, with strong communication and service orientation, and a willingness to work in a branch environment in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience; international banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist customers visiting the branch and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Handle requests within turnaround times and cross-sell QNB products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
