Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Customer Service & Relationship Associate to support Customer Relationship Executives in managing QNB First accounts and providing timely, professional service at the branch. You will handle day-to-day inquiries, work on account openings, and promote banking products.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to bank policies while contributing to satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience; international banking experience is preferred.
• Resume/CV, Passport, QID, Education Certificate, Birth Certificate must be attached.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Relationship Executives/Managers in handling customer queries and complaints.
• Promote QNB products and services; cross-sell to customers.
• Process account openings and banking forms, including standing orders and card requests.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
