Job summary

Vistas Global in Doha is seeking an experienced Relationship Officer to support corporate and SME banking activities, including client relationship coordination, account administration, and trade finance processing.

You will work with Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate records, compliant procedures, and efficient service delivery for Qatar-based clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or SME Banking.
• Prior banking experience in Qatar is mandatory.
• Experience in customer account opening, account maintenance, and banking transaction processing.
• Knowledge of trade finance products (LCs, LGs, documentary collections, shipping guarantees) preferred.
• Familiarity with credit documentation, loan administration, and banking operational procedures.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic.
• KYC, AML/CFT & Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client relationships and manage banking operations for corporate and SME clients.
• Oversee account opening, maintenance, and banking transaction processing.
• Assist in trade finance processing and loan documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Credit, and Compliance teams to ensure timely service and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reporting.

About the role

• Knowledge of trade finance products, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Letters of Guarantee (LGs), documentary collections, and shipping guarantees, is preferred.
• Familiarity with credit documentation, loan administration, and banking operational procedures.
• Experience using core banking systems or similar banking platforms.
• Good understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic.
