Job summary

Supply Tech Nexus in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Transport & Ramp Operations Team Leader for aviation catering logistics. The role manages ground transport, catering delivery, and ramp dispatch at Hamad International Airport to ensure on-time performance and safety compliance.

You will lead real-time fleet dispatch, oversee investigations of delays, and coordinate rostering for drivers and equipment operators in a fast-paced, high-density hub environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in airport ground or catering transport operations.
• Valid Heavy Goods Vehicle driving license (HGV).
• Experience in airside operations, shift rostering, and leading driver or equipment operator teams.
• Fluent in professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time dispatch of catering transport fleets across aircraft turnarounds and ensure compliant loading.
• Conduct Voyage Report investigations for delays or discrepancies and define corrective actions.
• Oversee shift scheduling, overtime allocation, and vacation planning for drivers and operators.
