Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Compliance & Aerodrome Standards professional to ensure aerodrome licensing compliance at DIA and HIA. The role covers ICAO Annex 14, QCAR requirements, audits, and safety inspections across airside and flight procedures.

You will lead audits, maintain aerodrome standards, and coordinate with airport stakeholders to ensure certifications and regulatory adherence. Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in aerodrome certification and airside operations.
• Proficient in preparing and drafting aerodrome documents and SOPs.
• Strong ability to translate complex policies into concise procedures.

Responsibilities

• Update and review the department’s compliance monitoring programs.
• Lead MATAR compliance audits and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare audit plans, pre-audit plans, and post-audit activities.
• Coordinate aerodrome inspections for renewal of certification.
• Develop documentation in aerodrome manuals and SOPs.
• Provide training on SMS and safety campaigns.
