You will need a Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in a dealership, and proficiency with SAP, ERP, and MS Office to support efficient service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience within an automobile dealership as a Service Advisor.
• Proficiency in automotive dealer/distributor processes, SAP, MS Office, and ERP systems.
• Strong customer handling, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers promptly with a smile.
• Record customer requests accurately and sympathetically.
• Collect precise symptoms of complaints from customers for effective resolution.
• Explain job details and estimates to customers.
• Deliver the vehicle personally and explain the invoice to customers.
• Prepare and manage job cards efficiently.
• Monitor workshop operations and promise delivery times accordingly.
• Follow up on jobs in the workshop and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
