Job summary

ForceShield in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a skilled Nepali Chef to join our team. You will create authentic Nepalese dishes, lead kitchen staff, and ensure high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Nepali nationality or strong knowledge of Nepalese cuisine, 3+ years of chef experience, and proficiency in English. Weekend/evening flexibility is expected, with accommodations and health benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be Nepali nationality or have extensive knowledge of Nepalese cuisine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef in a Nepalese restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train staff.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development.
• Continuously strive to improve dishes and introduce new flavors to the menu.
