You will plan menus, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality Indian cuisine for a diverse customer base. This position requires strong leadership and food-safety knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the menu of Indian dishes, taking into consideration the preferences of our customers.
• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with a focus on flavor, presentation, and authenticity.
• Ensure food quality by following recipes and quality control procedures.
• Monitor food stock levels, order ingredients as needed, and maintain inventory records.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Follow strict hygiene standards in food preparation, cooking, serving, and storage.
• Collaborate with other team members to constantly improve menu offerings and introduce new dishes.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
