Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking an Audit Manager in Doha with 6–8 years of external financial audit experience in a Big 4. You will lead the full audit lifecycle, oversee engagements, and liaise with client senior management while delivering high-quality financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to business development within the Middle East practice. English and Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 6–8 years of professional external financial audit experience in a Big 4.
• Progress toward or holding ACCA, CA, ACA, or CPA certification.
• Experience auditing across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full audit lifecycle for a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively manage client relationships and day-to-day liaison on technical issues.
• Drive business development opportunities and research new/existing clients.
• Develop audit strategy, supervise execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
