Job summary

EY in Doha is seeking an Arabic-speaking (Native) Manager or Senior Manager to lead complex audit engagements and support business growth. You will build relationships with clients, identify risks, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality work.

You’ll manage audit engagements, define strategy, and oversee staffing, fees, and communications, while contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional experience in external audit.
• ACCA/ CPA/ CA professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.

Responsibilities

• Define the audit strategy in consultation with Senior Manager / Partner and execute according to EY policies.
• Personally execute complex audit procedures and lead audit teams or parts of teams on engagements.
• Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
