Job summary

Four Seasons Doha is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to oversee the resort’s security operations, ensuring guest and employee safety and safeguarding assets. You will manage daily security staff, implement policies, and respond to incidents with decisive leadership.

The role requires 1–2 years in a luxury hotel setting, strong English communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. Arabic is a plus; degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Degree or diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day‑to‑day security force to ensure guest, staff and property safety.
• Review performance evaluations for Security staff.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
• Investigate crimes and incidents in the hotel and document findings.
• Coach, motivate and supervise the security team; support scheduling and holiday planning.
• Act as a liaison with senior management and other departments as needed.
