EY Forensics in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Senior Manager for a full‑time, permanent role to lead forensic investigations and grow the MENA market. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive client engagement, and supervise analytics‑driven fraud detection and anti‑corruption initiatives.

The role requires strong Arabic proficiency, a relevant degree and professional certifications, and the ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree and relevant professional qualification or certification(s).
• Experience leading engagements, multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff.
• Proven business development, proposal writing, and sales-target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the MENA Forensic & Integrity Services market through client identification and revenue conversion.
• Lead forensic investigations including corruption, fraud, and multi‑jurisdictional matters with advanced analytics.
• Analyze financial data and large datasets to identify red flags and irregularities.
• Advise on anti‑corruption and fraud prevention with data‑driven monitoring analytics.
• Review and strengthen internal controls and governance to improve fraud and compliance posture.
• Prepare defensible forensic reports with evidence review and chain of custody for litigation.
• Support cyber‑enabled fraud incidents by analyzing logs and transactions and translating findings for regulatory impact.
• Deliver on sales targets and contribute to propositions and thought leadership.
