Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in management of production within the Fertilizer, Petrochemicals or Oil & Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage Operations teams to meet targets through optimized processes and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate overall production activities.
• Develop and gain approval for production and expenditure budgets with cost control.
• Establish organization structures, manning levels and resources for achieving production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimum condition and downtime is minimized.
• Act as incident commander during emergencies and participate in investigations to determine causes and remedial actions.
