Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in production management in Fertilizer/Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage Operations teams to meet production targets through optimization of processes and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate overall production activities with superior.
• Develop and gain approval for production and expenditure budgets with cost control.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure optimum equipment condition and minimal downtime.
• Act as incident commander during emergencies and participate in investigations.
