Job summary

Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, LLC (FMM) invites applications for an Area Supervisor to lead the Soft Services operation at the airport. You will direct a team and ensure high standards of cleanliness in accordance with FMM policies.

You will manage 200–300 staff across the assigned zone, supervise Custodian staff and Team Leaders, and drive continuous improvements, safety, and client satisfaction through effective training and performance management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Management / Hotel & Restaurant Management / Housekeeping / Building Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean, well-maintained airport by supervising the Soft Services operation.
• Lead a team of around 200 – 300 employees in the allocated zone.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Custodian staff and Operational Team Leaders.
• Identify problem areas and formulate solutions.
• Conduct continual inspections to determine overall level of cleanliness; performs follow-up.
• Strive to prevent accidents within the department.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for cleaning supplies, machines, and equipment.
• Schedule and supervise all rotational and special cleaning programs as required.
• Meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring department provides excellent service and teamwork.
• Conduct trainings on a regular basis.
• Maintains safe working conditions within department and airport.
• Maintain open line of communication with appropriate managers.
