Job summary

FMM in Qatar is looking for an Operational Team Leader to supervise custodial staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of 30-50 cleaning operatives and train them in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or cleaning within facilities management. Knowledge of advanced cleaning methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or supervisory role.
• Experience in Housekeeping or Cleaning in Facilities Management.
• BICSc / FIGR / ISSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff to ensure cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor custodial team members.
• Inspect areas for compliance with cleanliness standards.
