Flip retail is seeking a Soft Service Supervisor to oversee cleaning, pest control, and waste management across building operations and events. Soft Service Supervisor

HNC, Diploma/ Level holder (Desirable) in any technique and/or expertaccreditations in Soft Services Disciplines such as Cleaning/housekeeping favored.

BICS Accredited and also BICS Fitness instructor accreditation held preferable.

Minimum 5 years functioning experience in the stipulation of overseeing cleansing, pestcontrol and also waste monitoring services as well as cleansing of Building Operations (eg:Facade and roofing cleansing), in environment (eg: open space), etc.

Experience crucial in providing cleansing as well as waste monitoring services throughoutmassive events, with experience within the sporting venues highly preferable.

Experience of supervising cleansing, insect and waste monitoring specialist's servicesconsisting of metropolitan waste collection services.

Specific experience of auditing softsolution providers is essential.

Great knowledge of newest innovation in cleansing tools and also cleaning auditing

Possess great social skills and able to interact well in any way levels, specificallyservice providers administration

Great command of talked as well as written English.

Leadership abilities/ subcontract management

Computer literacy with experience of operating soft solutions with a CAFM (eg. MS.Office, CAFM).

Good understanding of quality requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and also OHSAS 18001.
