Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Qatar seeks a experienced Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicles (DOMASCO) to drive revenue growth and lead a sales team. You will develop fleet, B2B and retail business, build customer relationships and deliver profitable results in line with business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will coach sales executives, manage pricing and financing options, and deliver weekly/ monthly performance reports while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; engineering qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial vehicle sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of B2B, fleet and retail customer relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for trucks, vans, buses and material handling products to achieve revenue, unit sales and market-share targets.
• Lead, motivate and support sales executives and account managers through clear goals, regular performance reviews and measurable KPIs.
• Build the fleet and B2B pipeline, visit prospects and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit.
• Manage key customer relationships and lead high-level negotiations to secure profitable deals, repeat business and strong customer satisfaction.
• Monitor margins, cost structures and return on investment while managing pricing, discounts and finance or leasing packages with the finance team.
• Support annual budgeting and business proposals, review sales orders and ensure credit customers make payments by the agreed due dates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, targets versus actuals and team activity.
• Provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service standards.
