Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Documentation Coordinator for the Aircraft Programs division to manage specification change documentation, maintain project records, and support reporting for key stakeholders.

You will ensure version control, track expirations, and prepare presentations while collaborating with internal teams to keep documentation accurate and accessible across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools; MS Project and Power BI preferred.
• Experience in project coordination, documentation control or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, issuance, control and administration of SCSA documentation.
• Maintain and enhance document tracking systems and master databases.
• Track documentation approvals and provide status updates to management.
• Monitor document validity periods and highlight upcoming expirations.
• Generate aircraft option selection reports and related documentation.
• Maintain hard-copy and electronic records with traceability.
• Prepare professional documentation, presentations and reporting materials.
• Support travel coordination and other departmental administrative activities.
• Develop presentations for BFE/SFE and Aircraft Program management.
