Role Summary

Aircraft production engineering engineers in MRO operational support centers are responsible for creating and managing maintenance task instructions, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and supporting engineering documentation systems. The role plays a key part in maintaining aircraft reliability and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and revise aircraft maintenance task instructions
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical data and engineering support
• Create and manage task cards within TRAX system
• Support Aircraft Maintenance Program implementation and updates
• Review and maintain engineering documentation accuracy
• Monitor and control maintenance task card revisions
• Participate in heavy maintenance check planning and execution
• Apply human factors and safety principles in all engineering tasks
• Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of aviation technical experience
• ICAO Type II license with aircraft maintenance experience
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Program and maintenance planning
• Knowledge of AMM, IPC, and aviation technical documentation
• Experience with TRAXDOC and engineering systems
• Strong understanding of Part-M and Part-145 regulations
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage workflow and collaborate within teams
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
