Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and defect rectification
• Ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Supervise technical teams and manage shift planning to ensure adequate coverage
• Approve maintenance tasks and issue release for service certifications
• Monitor aircraft performance, system reliability, and maintenance efficiency
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Review procedures and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Support development of maintenance plans and work packages
