Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering Digital Transformation and AI initiatives. You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and support governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The role involves assisting in multiple projects, tracking schedules, preparing documents and dashboards, and ensuring smooth collaboration between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project delivery within Digital Transformation, IT, or Business projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple Digital Transformation and AI projects.
• Track project schedules, milestones, action items and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, teams, consultants and vendors to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including PIDs, plans, minutes, registers, RAID logs and status reports.
• Assist in governance activities by maintaining trackers, repositories and reporting artefacts.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, workshops and business requirement discussions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards and presentations.
