Responsabilidades
- Coordinate production, scheduling, trafficking, and quality assurance of campaign assets.
- Support the execution of local events and activations.
- Maintain trackers for budgets, media plans, and timelines.
- Produce dashboards and reports on campaign performance.
- Manage small tactical campaigns and projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across outputs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator which is the operational backbone of our destinations. Each Coordinator partners directly with a Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, activations, and deliverables.
This is a developmental role designed for ambitious professionals who want to grow into future project leaders while learning the full scope of marketing for large-scale real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle projects.
- Coordinate production, scheduling, trafficking, and quality assurance of campaign assets.
- Support the execution of local events, activations, and supplier management.

- Produce dashboards and reports on campaign and sales performance.
- Take ownership of small tactical campaigns and projects.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Up to 4 years of experience in marketing (FMCG, E-commerce, real estate, hospitality, or retail preferred).
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ambition to grow into a management role.
