ZEISS in Lisbon, Portugal invites a Retails & Services Intern to join the Extended Reality (XRX) team. This role blends study with hands-on projects, helping shape customer experiences through XR initiatives, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will observe, analyze, and document user experiences, contribute ideas, and support colleagues across product, operations, and technology to deliver practical improvements while expanding your professional network.

Qualificações

• Currently studying a subject related to business, media, UX or psychology.
• Excellent English skills are required.
• Interest in XR, digital experiences and innovative technologies.
• Curiosity, initiative and a structured approach to documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing tailored XR experiences for clients.
• Support research, analysis and documentation of findings.
• Conduct market studies to identify trends and user needs.
• Collaborate with product, operations, technology and business teams.
• Support regulatory matters and maintain project documentation.
• Observe experiences and contribute improvement ideas.
