Solventum in Coimbra, Portugal, is seeking an Advanced Wound Care Sales Specialist to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, promote innovative solutions, and drive growth across Iberia. The role requires hospital sales experience and a patient-centered approach.

Primary location is Coimbra with hybrid work eligibility; relocation assistance may be provided. Travel across Iberia and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher.
• Previous sales experience in healthcare, preferably in hospitals.
• Knowledge of Advanced Wound Care, NPWT, or medical devices markets.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and strategic territory management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and present Advanced Wound Care solutions.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and meet sales objectives.
• Support public tenders and procurement processes with resources.
• Participate in meetings and events to increase solution visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, and Market Access teams.
• Travel frequently throughout Iberia.
• Use CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage customers and opportunities.
• English at an intermediate level to participate in training and international environments.
• Fluent Spanish.
