Allianz Services is seeking an experienced IS Solution Architect – Workplace Security to drive secure workplace design and governance across Spain and Portugal. You will protect endpoints, identities, collaboration platforms, and data while enabling a compliant, user-centric environment.

The role requires deep technical security expertise, strong governance capabilities, and collaboration with senior leadership to shape secure IT solutions across a multinational insurance group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Security, Endpoint Security, EUC Security, or Information Security Architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale workplace security solutions in large, multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and identity/platform controls.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain Workplace Security Architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures; drive Zero Trust adoption across workplace technologies and services.
• Design secure solutions for endpoint protection, device management, and remote access; govern security controls across Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and workplace services.
• Ensure secure integration of identity services including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO; lead data protection initiatives including DLP and Information Protection.
• Develop and maintain workplace security policies, standards, and technical baselines; support risk assessments, exception management, and architecture review processes.
• Act as trusted security advisor to IT, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams; present security architectures, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
