Workforce Admin department is looking for a Workforce GBS Analyst.

What you will do:

  • Analyze requests for transition to inactive status, namely access conditions;
  • Execute retirement procedures in the system (calculation of proportional amounts, etc.);
  • Prepare various reports and controls;
  • Provide support in responding to requests from pre-retired employees, retirees, and pensioners;
  • Assist in responding to inquiries coming internally from group companies

Employment type: Full-Time

Work site: Hybrid Model

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Social or Organizational Psychology, or another field, provided you have relevant professional experience for the role;
  • Professional experience in administrative areas of Human Resources is mandatory;
  • Experience of up to 5 years in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is valued;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
  • Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail, process orientation, ease of relating to different interlocutors, and customer focus;
  • Aptitude and enjoyment for operational work.
