Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to design, build, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. You will collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and drive solution sign-off.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in system integrations, strong English, and deep knowledge of Workday data structures, XML/XSLT/JSON, and hands-on experience with Workday Extend development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Information Technology field.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing system integrations, preferably Workday.
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures and object-oriented concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing Workday Studio integrations.
• Experience creating reports and complex calculated fields in Workday.
• Knowledge of XML Schema, XSLT and JSON query/transformations (JSLT) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, enhance and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio and Orchestration.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, refine requirements and drive sign-off.
• Assess technical impact of configuration decisions and suggest alternatives.
• Create and maintain integration documentation including specs and data mappings.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot and deploy integration solutions meeting requirements.
• Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Communicate project risks, issues and status to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions.
