Siemens Global Business Services in Lisboa, Portugal, seeks a Workday Reporting Specialist to join the Workday Reporting Team. You will partner with global stakeholders to design, test, and deploy impactful reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

You will work in an agile environment to manage Jira tickets in two-week sprints and drive innovations using Discovery Boards across multiple countries to unlock data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of Workday Reporting experience.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving focus.
• Experience with Workday Discovery Boards is a plus.
• Experience with Jira.
• Team player mindset with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Drive to continuously improve WD Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy impactful Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Drive innovation through Workday Discovery Boards and Worksheets, leading implementations across multiple countries and helping customers unlock data-driven insights.
• Work in an agile environment to complete Jira tickets in a 2-week sprint
• Own and shape a functional area within Workday Reporting, continuously enhancing reporting capabilities and delivering business value to our customers.
• Lead WD Reporting implementations in country rollout projects including requirements gathering, testing and operational deployment
• Empower others through knowledge sharing, delivering training sessions, workshops, and guidance that help stakeholders maximise the value of Workday reporting.
• Conduct trainings and knowledge transfer sessions with internal customers and other stakeholders

Join our Workday Reporting Team and help transform how data drives decisions across Siemens.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders around the world, solve complex business challenges, and lead innovative reporting initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

What you'll do:

We are looking for someone with…

• 2-3 years of Workday Reporting experience, either for a Workday customer or as consultant
• A positive, curious and proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving
• experience in working with Discovery Boards is a huge plus
• experience in working with Jira
• a team player mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
• the drive to continuously improve everything regarding WD Reporting
