Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) invites experienced professionals to join our Workday Integrations team in the Lisbon area. You will design, build and support enterprise integration solutions that enable Finance, HR and Administration processes across the Siemens network.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, craft robust interfaces, and continuously improve performance, reliability and documentation while growing your Workday expertise within a global, diverse environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years designing, developing and implementing system integrations (Workday preferred).
• Strong English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures and objects.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Studio integrations.
• Experience creating reports and complex calculated fields in Workday.
• Knowledge of XML Schema, XSLT, JSON query and JSLT.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, enhance and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio, Orchestration).
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and drive sign-off.
• Assess technical impact of configuration and design decisions and propose alternatives.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, including interface specs and mappings.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, document and deploy integration solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and status updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Your mission will be...

• Design, build, enhance and support Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio and Orchestration.
• Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather, validate and refine requirements, evaluate design alternatives, facilitate workshops and drive solution sign-off.
• Assess the technical impact of configuration and design decisions, providing expert guidance and recommending alternative approaches where appropriate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, field mappings, technical designs and process flows.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, document and deploy integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Manage and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies and status updates, ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable and high-quality Workday solutions.

We are looking for someone with...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Information Technology area (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing and implementing system integrations, preferably within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures, business objects and object-oriented design concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Studio integrations.
• Experience creating reports and working with complex calculated fields within Workday.
• Knowledge of XML Schema, XSLT, JSON query and transformation language (JSLT) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
