Accenture is hiring in Lisbon, Portugal for a Workday HCM specialist. You will implement and tailor Workday modules, translating business needs into scalable solutions and supporting core HCM, compensation, recruiting, benefits and more.

We value hands-on configuration, security roles, reporting and strong English skills. Occasional travel may be required as part of international client engagements.

• Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework.

• Configure Workday business processes, security roles, domains and reporting frameworks
• Optimize HR workflows, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience
• Support Workday integrations, collaborating with technical and integration teams when required

What You’ll Do

• Implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR and business processes

• Support Workday integrations, collaborating with technical and integration teams when required

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Workday implementation and support
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, security roles and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework
• Experience with Workday integrations, APIs and middleware solutions is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.

What Will Set You Apart

• Workday certification (highly preferred)
• Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday Financials
• Familiarity with cloud‑based HR solutions and enterprise system integrations
• Ability to work in international, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical mindset and a client‑focused approach

Flexibility for occasionally travels for key project deliveries and client meetings.
