Hiring İnternational is hiring fully remote Customer Support Specialists for German or Dutch speakers, based anywhere in Portugal. This permanent role includes full paid training, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat and delivering high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a monthly salary with bonuses, meal allowance, internet reimbursement and flexible shifts, plus remote onboarding and career

Formación

• Native or near-native German or Dutch (C1).
• English level B1 minimum.
• Must reside in Portugal with tax number and address.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic tech skills and ability to work independently.
