Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Windows System Engineer/Endpoint Engineer to join the ACUS team, supporting secure passenger processing at airports worldwide. You will manage Windows devices, apply security hardening, and develop automation with PowerShell.

In this role you will collaborate with global teams, implement GPO policies, and ensure stability across critical airport systems while continuously improving deployment and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

You will join the Airport Common Use Service (ACUS) team—a critical platform supporting secure and reliable passenger processing at 100+ airports worldwide.
We’re looking for a Windows and Endpoint Engineer with demonstrated skills in Windows administration, endpoint management, and automation.

In this role, you’ll

• Set up, configure, and maintain Windows devices using remote management tools.
• Implement and maintain Windows security policies, including Group Policy Object (GPO) management and system hardening.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or similar technologies.
• Support device management and stability across global airport systems.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to plan and communicate technical improvements.

Your Profile

• Proficient in Windows system administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
• Experienced in managing system security and hardening in enterprise environments.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation (or similar scripting tools).
• Analytical, solution-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
