Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Technician with GE Onshore experience to join worldwide projects. The role involves installation, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing of GE wind turbine platforms across diverse environments, with a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

You will work as part of an international team to maximize turbine performance, reliability and operational efficiency, providing international exposure and ongoing professional

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Mandatory experience on GE Onshore wind turbine platforms (GE 1X/2X/3X, Cypress, ECO74/80/100).
• Electrical or Mechanical academic background is advantageous.
• English language skills at level B1/B2.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Commitment to safety, quality and professional standards.
• Ability to work in international, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally per project needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting or major corrective activities is a plus.

Mansioni

Wind Turbine Technician with GE Onshore Experience (GE 1X, 2X, 3X, Cypress, ECO74/80/100) (Worldwide Projects)

We are looking for experienced Wind Turbine Technicians with GE Onshore experience to join our international projects worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments across multiple countries, supporting the installation, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of GE wind turbine platforms while contributing directly to the expansion of renewable energy globally.

This position operates on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule, providing the opportunity to gain international experience while maintaining regular time at home between assignments.

About The Role

The Wind Turbine Technician is responsible for performing technical activities on GE wind turbines, ensuring all work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Working as part of an international team, the successful candidate will support the delivery of wind energy projects around the world, helping to maximize turbine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair activities on GE wind turbines.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
• Execute technical interventions following OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Work on GE turbine platforms including GE 1X, 2X, 3X, Cypress, and ECO74/80/100.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements at all times.
• Report technical findings and completed work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Previous experience working on GE Onshore wind turbine platforms (GE 1X, 2X, 3X, Cypress, and ECO74/80/100) is mandatory.
